Situation:
Manufacturing Software System Implementation
A manufacturer of precision machined components for commercial and automotive industries desired an upgraded manufacturing software system. They also required these efforts to be compatible with their ISO 9002 implementation.
AEM Solution:
As project manager, Doug Anton, put together a team that first assessed the existing software system, analyzing whether to upgrade it or purchase another software package. A new software which best met the company’s purposes was selected. The new software was then successfully implemented, resulting in standardized and streamlined operations. AEM next led their ISO 9002 implementation.
